For a commercial kitchen, you need commercial kitchen equipment.
The standard kitchen comes with these pieces:
- a full rack-size combi oven
- a 6 gas-burner range
- a standard oven
- two deep fryers
The baking kitchen comes with these pieces:
- double stack convection oven
- dough sheeter
- dough proofer
The Cauldron has smaller equipment available.
- Two induction burners
Dry, cooling, and freezing storage is available based on client needs.
Clients of The Cauldron can bring in their own equipment and store it at our facilities, at their own risk. We encourage you to bring in your own specialized equipment, however, please ask for permission before you do. If there is a particular missing piece of equipment that would benefit The Cauldron, please discuss it with the staff. We want to hear your suggestions.
