Each kitchen comes standard with these pieces:

- a standard oven
- a full size convection oven
The Cauldron has equipment for rent per session to use in your kitchen space.
- Two induction burners
- full size gas steamer oven
- a deep fryer
- one 13” meat slicers
- one 6 qt food processors
- one 21” immersion blenders
- one 10” immersion blenders
- one 20 lbs scales
- a blast chiller – to freeze food in minutes!
- a 20 qt dough mixer
Cooling and freezing storage is available based on client needs. High usage clients have priority with cooling and freezing storage. Shelving may be available for temporary use. Please call to inquire.
Clients of The Cauldron can bring in their own equipment and store it at our facilities, at their own risk. We encourage you to bring in your own specialized equipment, however, please ask for permission before you do. If there is a particular missing piece of equipment that would benefit The Cauldron, please discuss it with the staff. We want to hear your suggestions.
