  1.  Hi there, Congratulations on beginning the final phase of the facility! I was wondering what equipment you will have available to use? In particular I am looking for a kitchen that has a tilt skillet preferably 40 gallon/150 liter in volume. Also what capacity freezers you will have. Will they hold pallets? Please advise. Thank you

      Thank you for your questions. Please visit our Equipment page for the list of equipment that we are currently carrying. A tilt skillet is a specific piece of equipment that we do not carry. As for the freezers, they are standup door type freezers. A pallet would not be able to fit.
