We are pleased to announce that The Cauldron Kitchen is finally in construction phase. Yes, you read it first here! We have completed our financing and our general contractor has begun tearing up the floor for plumbing and electrical work.
We are very pleased and excited to move onto the next milestone. It has been a long summer of intense negotiations and now we are moving forward. We want to thank you all who supported us and fueled our fire to continue the boiling process and not let this project cool down. We are aiming for an early November opening day.

Hi there, Congratulations on beginning the final phase of the facility! I was wondering what equipment you will have available to use? In particular I am looking for a kitchen that has a tilt skillet preferably 40 gallon/150 liter in volume. Also what capacity freezers you will have. Will they hold pallets? Please advise. Thank you

Thank you for your questions. Please visit our Equipment page for the list of equipment that we are currently carrying. A tilt skillet is a specific piece of equipment that we do not carry. As for the freezers, they are standup door type freezers. A pallet would not be able to fit.
