The Cauldron Kitchen is looking for clients:
The Cauldron Kitchen has two spaces available for rent, a kitchen area and a bakery area. Each one is rented out in 7 hour time blocks, with an eighth hour at the end for cleaning/packaging. The spaces can be rented out together, if you have a large operation.
Spaces are rented on a monthly basis, so that when you’ve signed with us, you know the space is yours. We encourage collaboration between the kitchen and bakery – for example, if the kitchen user needs the dough mixer for an hour, hopefully the bakery can accommodate. Vice versa as well, if the baker needs to deep fry something, hopefully the kitchen can accommodate.
Space One – The Kitchen.
Includes a combi oven, deck oven, 6 burner range, deep fryer, under counter
refrigeration during use, and plenty of work space!
Space Two – The Bakery
Includes dual electric ovens (different temperatures/oven), a dough mixer, a
bread proofer, a dough sheeter, under counter refrigeration during use, and
plenty of work space!

These prices are INCLUSIVE of rent, electricity, gas, dishwashing chemicals.
There is a one hour gap between contracted time, to finish packing, and cleaning, and any other reason you may need the little bit of extra time.
Each Time slot comes with dedicated fridge space. The Cauldron has two walk-in fridges – one is for the morning time slot, the other is for the evening time slot.The walk-in will be shared between the kitchen and bakery spaces. The overnight time slots will have access to wall fridges, no walk in. There is freezer space on site, but it is limited.
Contracted clients will have access to the kitchens at all times for deliveries etc.
In – kitchen time is only permitted in the contracted time slot. Dishwashing station is shared between both the kitchen and bakery. If you have a need to clean something after your hours, this is allowed but please make sure it does not interfere with the clients currently using the spaces, as they have first priority.
Storage space is available for dry goods, equipment, packaging, etc, and is included in the rent price.
There is a small office area/customer area in the front of the Cauldron, to do office work outside of kitchen time, have meetings, and accept sales and pick up for product. This is a shared space, and we encourage speaking with other kitchen users to make sure there’s not 3 meetings going on at the same time!
As an added bonus, we are pleased to offer 2 hours/month of business advice with either Dave or David. This can be for anything you like – sales, production, cash flow, procurement, etc. We are happy to help! This time is not bankable, and must be used within the month. Extra time is billed at $50/hour.
