The Cauldron Kitchen is pleased to announce a new partnership with Sopa Soups. Sopa is a lunch service that will be using the kitchen every weekday morning to prepare a delicious lunch menu. Come by to the Cauldron from 11 am to 12:30 pm and grab a panini or hot soup.

Sopa has a lunch counter in the downtown core and will be using the Cauldron Kitchen as their processing kitchen to stock their lunch counter. We are super excited to have them with us. Chef Ian is pleased to be in a full kitchen with a wonderful picture window to contemplate the wonders of food prep. He mentioned it will now be easier to prepare and experiment with different ideas for lunch. He is pretty excited to be using The Cauldron.

The Cauldron is also lucky that Sopa will host lunch service at the Cauldron too. They have a wonderful menu of fresh,  homemade seasonal soups, panini and salads with vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options. Their prices range from $2 – $8 including taxes. You can see the details of their daily menu on their Facebook page. This should bring some food life back to this neighbourhood, typically a food desert. Sopa also caters, therefore, give them a call.
