Kitchen Skills and Experience

The Cauldron Kitchen hosted this week a group of aboriginal youth making vegetarian lasagna. Sponsored by the Social Council of Canada, they spent 2 days prepping all the veggies and making their own pasta. They are feeding over 80 people for an event. Our own chef, Dave Neil, led them through all the steps needed to accomplish this endeavour.

The Cauldron was excited to have them in and learning valuable skills. We host many groups and as well have our own Food School program to teach culinary skills. Visit our Cauldron Events page for our listings.

Do not forget too, that we have our Cauldron Abecedarian Program where we launched our incubator application for food businesses. If you have a food business idea and would like some help, please follow this link for more information.
