With spring now in the air, the food season is starting to ramp up in leaps and bounds. At The Cauldron Kitchen, we are anticipating a lot more interest in what we have to offer for Ottawa food businesses and as well to the general public.

This week alone we are hosting another Chef Meet Up to get Ottawa chefs, cooks, and food industry magicians excited about using a shared commercial kitchen to make their culinary creative ideas explode on the scene. Monday, April 18th, 6 pm.

As well, we are hosting our monthly Cauldron Food School classes. On Wednesday, April 20th, 6 pm, our Chicken Cutting 101 class will start with some important kitchen techniques. There are a few spots left and so we encourage you to sign up with a friend. These skill will make your summer of chicken BBQing a real pleasure.

Next week we host our Soup 101 class to bring flavour to the season’s upcoming bounty of produce. Come out to learn how to distinguish the tastes of a variety of soups. Tuesday, April 26th, 6 pm. 

The Cauldron Kitchen continues to host several businesses and we are excited to get more innovative businesses through our kitchens. Every week we host tours and we invite you to come out to visit us. Our tours are Monday and Tuesday afternoons, and all day Friday. It is best that you contact us to secure a time.
