Another successful evening at the Cauldron Food School. Students came eager to learn from local renown chef Warren Sutherland about his spicy eggplant pickles and red pepper antipasto. The evening started off with a delicious snack provided by The Piggy Market, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed, to fuel the culinary learning part of the brain. Then Warren gave his introduction to the Spicy Eggplant pickles and Red Pepper antipasto class plan.

Once instructed, students took off in their matching red aprons with knives in hand to perform the tasks required. Check out what they did:

Each student took home what they produced and a smile on their face from the wonderful experience. Each brought their own style and perspective, which enhanced the culinary processing experience. We wish all the students the best in their own canning adventures at home.

The Cauldron Food School is a wonderful place to learn about the culinary arts. We host several classes of various skills. From kitchen skills to pastry decorating and to vegan cooking. We continuously add new classes as more culinary experts fill our schedule with their wonderful offerings. So check out our Cauldron Events page regularly. Better yet, sign up for a class and invite your friends to join you!
