We are so excited to announce our Cauldron Food School!

Our space has transformed into a culinary classroom ready to enhance your kitchen skills.

Here is our current class line up:

Knife Skills 101 – On Tuesday, March 15, from 7 pm to 9 pm, our Knife Master, Dave will teach how to care for a knife, different cutting techniques, and then you will try out these new skills on vegetables. You will make a delicious bruschetta with all those veggies.

Join this class and buy our special knife to use for this class.

Chicken Cutting 101 – On Wednesday, March 16, from 6 pm to 9 pm, learn how to make use of a full chicken. You will learn how to de-bone all those delicious chicken cuts properly, and then with the bones make a special stock. This course is essential for all those interested in saving money by buying whole chickens from local farms.

Join this class and buy our special de-boning knife to use for this class.

Soup 101 – On Tuesday, March 22, from 6 pm to 9 pm, put on your apron and stir delicious soup in The Cauldron. You will learn about several different types of soup and how to enhance flavours. If you know of someone thinking of living on their own (like a teen going away to school), this course is an essential survival course to healthy eating.

Join this class to a healthy path forward.

These are just the first few classes to start off the Cauldron Food School. Sign up below to our mailing list to hear more about the future of food in The Cauldron Kitchen.
