Do not forget! Sign up with a friend. This Thursday, June 16th, 6 pm – 9 pm. Dave Neil leads the class with expert instruction.

You will practice on 3 chickens, take home all of your cuts, bones, and stock.

While you practice, Dave serves you a delicious chicken dish for supper!

$100 plus tax for the three hours and all the extra stuff. We also sell a boning knife for $25 plus tax which you may receive at the class.

This class is perfect for the bbq season. Everyone will come away with a better appreciation for chicken.
