We are excited to announce some brand new classes and a welcome a new instructor at The Cauldron Food School.
Gluten-Free Cookies Class will be held on Wednesday, September 7th, 2016, from 6 pm to 9 pm. Students will learn the basics of working with gluten free flour, as well as, key concepts when making gluten free pastry. At the end of the class, the students will leave with some cookie recipes that are easily adaptable to suit different flavor profiles.
Gingerbread Centrepiece Class will be held on two days, Wednesday, November 2nd, from 6 pm to 9 pm, and Wednesday, December 7th, from 6 pm to 9 pm. Students will construct a centerpiece made of gingerbread. At the end of the class, students will leave with the gingerbread cookie and a royal icing recipe, as well as, with their centerpiece and templates.
All classes are $100 per person plus tax.
These two classes are being taught by our newest instructor, Sandra Spataro. Sandra came to us with her ideas and we liked them at once. She has incredible skills as a pastry and cake decorator. Just check out her Pinterest page. We are very lucky to have Sandra as part of the Cauldron Food School. We look forward to her classes.
