The Cauldron Food School is pleased to offer canning workshops, over the months of August, September, and October! These once a week workshops will highlight what is in season at the time, and how to preserve it for the winter ahead!
The classes, taught by different chefs from around the city will guide you in their own style of canning. Check back here to see what teacher is instructing on what date.
Reserve your participation early as space is limited!

Classes are held every Tuesday evening from 6 pm – 9 pm. August 9th-October 25th. Each class is $100 plus tax. Students will receive at least 6 jars of product/class, a recipe booklet at each class, and a light snack during the demo (provided by Piggy Market).
Sign up for all 12 classes and receive a 20% discount.
Sign up for a class or more before August and receive a 10% discount. Discounts are not offered together.
