
Last night the Cauldron Food School held their staple class, Knife Skills 101. We had 6 students around the stainless steel tables learning from our venerable Chef Dave. Knife Skills class is all about welding a knife to make efficient use when prepping in the kitchen. The way you hold a knife, how you rock it on the cutting board, and your grip are all very important.

Next Thursday, we have our Autumn Soup class, which sounds so delicious it would be a shame to miss it. As well, check out the line-up for our Canning Workshops.
Also tonight at The Cauldron Kitchen, we have Gongfu Bao Cart Pop-Up Deli. Come pick up a delicious bao for supper. The Pop-Up Deli is open 4 pm to 8 pm.
